Adult Day Program Overview
Our Adult Day Program operates Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm, offering a diverse range of activities tailored to promote personal growth and encourage social interaction among participants. With a focus on creating a supportive environment where individuals can thrive and reach their fullest potential, our program strategically facilitates personal development and cultivates meaningful connections among peers.
Program Options:
Funded Support (Tuesday – Thursday):
Six spots are funded by the Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCCS). This support is available from Tuesday to Thursday, between 9:00 am and 3:00 pm, and spanning 42 weeks each year.
Passport Fee-for-Service Option (Monday – Friday):
Families have the option to utilize Passport funding to purchase services for their loved ones enrolled in our program. This model provides flexibility and accessibility, allowing families to tailor their support based on individual needs and preferences.
Program Fees:
Funded Program (Tuesday – Thursday):
The Ministry of Community and Social Services (MCCSS) provides primary funding for our program, operating from Tuesday to Thursday. In addition, there is a nominal cost to the family of $10.00 per day. This contribution helps cover additional program expenses, ensuring the enrichment and sustainability of our offerings. Your support plays a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our program.
Fee-for-Service Option (Monday – Friday):
Families utilizing the fee-for-service option, available from Monday to Friday, incur a cost of $95.00 per day. This fee includes the full range of services and activities provided within our program. To ensure affordability, we match participants, enabling the cost of support staff to be shared among families. This collaborative approach maximizes the value of Passport funding, allowing your dollars to go further and ensuring the accessibility of our services to all.
